If you have a group for this quest, you only need one person to have the 10 fangs and follow the quest. Slaughter gorillas until you get the required number of Fangs (and giblets if you're doing that quest). Not far from the entrance, on the east side of the road, you should see some of the elder gorillas running around in a field.
To find these gorillas, head north from booty bay along the trail. SO, its a good idea to stock up and kill a lot of these gorillas for the giblets and gorilla fangs. You will also need to collect 10 Gorilla Fangs for *Each* attempt you make at the Stranglethorn Fever quest. If you haven't done the "Scaring Shaky" quest yet, get it from "Sea Wolf" McKinley in Booty Bay, because that quest requires you to collect "Mistvale Giblets" from the Elder Mistvale Gorillas in the area. He'll request the "Heart of Mokk", and will lead you to speak with a troll shaman in Stranglethorn.
He is under an upturned, broken in half boat. You will find an NPC lying on the ground on the lowest level of Booty Bay. Comment by AllakhazamThis quest can be started at level 40.
